A working model you can inspect.
No theatre around the process. We define the smallest useful scope, put the important decisions in writing, show working software every week, and leave you able to run what we build.
What working together actually looks like.
The operating model is deliberately simple: direct access, inspectable progress, and a handover that does not create dependency.
Start
A 30-minute engineering conversation tests scope, risk, and fit.
Decide
Architecture and interface decisions are made explicit before code.
Build
You see working software weekly and speak directly with its engineers.
Own
You keep the code, documentation, keys, and knowledge to run it.
The engagement guide.
These are operating principles, not generic promises. Exact scope and working hours are agreed before a build begins.
- Typical duration
- There is no responsible universal timeline for zero-to-one work. A short Discover engagement defines version one first; the build schedule follows from that scope. Once building starts, you see working software every week.
- Team composition
- Senior engineers scope the work and remain accountable for delivery. The disciplines involved—product architecture, blockchain, AI, web or mobile, and search—follow the product rather than a fixed staffing template.
- Communication cadence
- Decisions are explained in plain language and recorded. You have direct access to the engineers writing the code, with working software available for review every week rather than a reveal at the end.
- Working time zones
- DandelionTech is remote-first and works with clients globally. Required overlap hours and meeting times are agreed during scoping; the site does not promise round-the-clock coverage that a project does not need.
- Handover
- Code, infrastructure, deployment material, documentation, keys, and the knowledge required to operate the system are part of the delivery. Ownership does not depend on retaining us.
- Post-launch support
- Some teams take the product in-house; others keep us involved for support and growth. We design for either path and agree the post-launch arrangement explicitly rather than creating operational lock-in.
Bring us the rough version.
In 30 minutes, we'll test the scope, name the first risk, and tell you honestly whether we're the right team.
